Portland 2011

I really did not do it on purpose but I so how planned both of my big trips for the fall in the same month. It actually made it a lot of fun! This trip I went to Portland with Sarah to visit Patrick and Alyssa. It was a fun filled weekend and we did lots of different things! I am so glad that Sarah could come with me. Even though she will probably will not fly with me again for awhile. I keep getting to the airport to close for comfort for her before our plan leaves. But we did make all our flights!

Friday morning we went hiking while Patrick was at school. The weather was perfect and the hike was beautiful.

Sarah being her silly self:) She makes me laugh!

These signs became the joke of the hike

Saturday morning we went to the Tillamook Cheese factory. We ate a lot of cheese and ice cream!

We then went to the coast it was windy, cold and raining but it was fun!

Sarah, wanted a picture on the beach:)

We then went the Rose Garden on Sunday afternoon. There were some lovely roses

Thanks Patrick and Alyssa we had a great time!

Provo In the Fall

So one year ago I was suppose to go to Provo and visit Amy, Trent and Cannon however I landed in the hospital instead, I was so sad. However this year I actually made it. I had a great time, the weather was perfect and I always have fun with family. Here are some pictures from the weekend.

This one is for Grandpa Corning, he already loves to brush his teeth!

Cannon has the Corning pickle love already at 14 months, this made me laugh!!!

We went hiking up to Stewart Falls, it was beatiful and the weather was perfect.

The trees were changing colors

Amy and I on the hike, we love our chacos!
We then spent saturday evening with extended family and made BOO blocks. I forgot my camera, but here are my blocks. It was great to see everyone and spend sometime together.

The cute Dyer Family! Thanks again for a great time Trent and Amy. I love you guys

Labor Day Weekend

It has been really HOT this summer and all I wanted to do for Labor Day weekend was get out of Phoenix. I did care where just not in the valley of the sun. So we had a girls weekend in Sedona it was great! Cool weather and beautiful scenery. The trip included Olivia, Chelsa, Bryn, Maria Elena and I.

We relax, swam, eat great food. Did a jeep tour and went hiking. We even tried to see celebrities homes, but our crazy gate codes did not work. That is a story in its self, and if you were want to know more well, you are not going to find out.

Beautiful sunset

Pondering life....
Thanks for a great weekend girls!

When my roommate moved out, I decide to convert the other room into an office. Many people I have asked me what it looks like, so here you go! Enjoy

June & July

This year I have been able to see my family on a number of occasions! It has been a lot of fun and I have enjoyed every moment. The end of June Amy came to Tucson with Cannon.

We also celebrated her birthday a couple days early...

It was a lot of fun and I am so glad that she was able to come visit. Shortly after that it was July 4th weekend. It was a crazy weekend but so worth it. I went to Prescott with Olivia and Chelsa for part of it. We enjoyed the parade, being in the woods and watching Alias.

This pictures is for Dad, you got to love the pink T-bird

Chelsa and I at the parade, it was a really warm morning let me tell you, but so much fun.
